Inorder to post an image you have to do the following steps:-
Step1)Upload your image to a host(free image hostings are easily available).
For eg. at

http://imageshack.us/

Code:
http://www.freeimagehosting.net/

Code:
http://allyoucanupload.webshots.com/

They will give you a url (Direct Link) for your hosted image.

Step2)Now while you are posting your message, insert that link in your message between these tags like this
Code:
[img]yourdirectlinkhere[/img]


Step3)Submit your post. Smile
